Employee Appreciation
Each year, we celebrate our dental assistants, patient care coordinators, office manager, insurance coordinator, lab technicians and dentists with a special event and gifts in honor of Administrative Assistants’ day (April 25th).
National Administrative Professionals’ Day is observed on the Wednesday of the last full week in April of each year. It is a day of recognition of the hard work and support that the members of our team provide! Our team is the backbone of our practice. They play an integral role in patient care and in keeping “the doors open and the lights on.”
To all of our employees, we offer our sincerest appreciation for everything that you do to help keep our team moving forward!
History of Administrative Professionals’ Day
This holiday was created in 1952 by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Charles Sawyer. Initially the event was called “Secretaries Week” with “Secretaries Day” falling on Wednesday, but in 1981 the day was changed to “Administrative Professionals’ Day” to incorporate all administrative team members in recognition.
Employee Appreciation is:
- A day for appreciating all employee work
- Expressed in a variety of ways, from rewards to verbal interaction
- A great way to increase job satisfaction
- A powerful motivator
Employee appreciation is important to us at Herald Square Dental, and that is why, on this day, we say an extra-big “THANK YOU” to each member of our team!
