Meet The Team Providing Your Dental Care In Midtown Manhattan

Nina, Office Manager

Nina has been a part of our family since July 2007. She makes sure everything in our office runs smoothly from day to day, whether she is performing quality assurance, public relations, treatment plan presentations, scheduling, negotiating insurance coverage on behalf of individual patients, or delegating daily responsibilities to assure continuity of care. Nina loves seeing a smiling and happy patient check out upon completion of their treatment and knowing that she has helped contribute to their well-being. When she is at home, Nina loves reading books, cooking pastries with her daughter, Michelle, gardening and exploring the outdoors with her husband Nik and two children, Michelle and Dylan.

George, Senior Dental Assistant

George joined our team in 2004 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the dental field. He assists in all aspects of dental care including orthodontics and implantology, and also orders all our dental supplies and manages our office’s dental equipment. George is a true people person who enjoys helping others, interacting with patients, and contributing to their overall health and well-being. When he’s not in the office, George enjoys home improvement projects, antique hunting and restoration, watching movies, cooking, and going to the theater.

Jeab, Dental Assistant

As a new member of our team at Herald Square Dental, everyone calls me “Jeab” this is my nickname in Thai. I work as a dental assistant here since July of 2020. Prior to that I worked in Pedodontics. I am very attentive to my patients to ensure their comfort during and after their dental care. As a mom of twin twelve year old boys I am very organized a skill I gladly employ at work. I am avid reader and I read novels with the boys.

Married to a chef, she loves to cook for the family because the children prefer her cooking style to his.

Nicole, Patient Care Coordinator

Nicole has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. She started as a dental assistant and transitioned to a position as a patient care coordinator and later to a treatment plan coordinator. She is quite adept at patient education regarding dental needs and healthy habits and proper dental care. Furthermore, Nicole has also worked as a Career Specialist guiding clients though employment process and exploring career paths. She has always been a self- starter with the ability to build and maintain strong relationship with people. In her spare time she caters food and volunteers with outreach organizations, helping the homeless during the holidays. As an avid bike rider, Nicole participates in bike tours, riding over 30 or 50 miles often for fundraisers such as Multiple Sclerosis. We welcomed Nicole as an integral part of our team at Herald Square Dental in early 2021 as an expert Patient Care Coordinator!

Ramona (Ro), Patient Care Coordinator

We are extremely proud to have welcomed Ramona Olivero (Ro), with open arms in Sept of 2021. With over 35 years of experience and knowledge as a dental team member, Ro’s passion for dentistry is extremely evident in her important role as patient care coordinator here at Herald Square Dental!

When a patient’s smile is transformed it brings Ramona immense joy. She is a hard worker and a team player.

As a beloved and happy wife, mother and grandmother, Ro takes enormous pride in her family. In her downtime she enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading and watching movies with her daughters.

Stephanie, Patient Care Coordinator

Stephanie has been in the dental field for 11 years and she joined our team at Herald Square Dental in October of 2023. As a patient care coordinator, Stephanie’s goal is to help create a long lasting experience that exceeds patients expectations.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son, taking him to the movies and anything that involves trains. She is also a voracious reader.

Sneha, Dental Hygienist

Sneha completed her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from MCPHS Worchester in Massachusetts in 2025 , and is a foreign trained dentist in Nepal from 2019. Sneha enjoys spending time outdoors, going for long walks, and connecting with nature. Originally from Nepal, she likes to bring a warm and compassionate approach to patient care. She has a deep love for animals and values moments that bring balance, relaxation, and a sense of well-being outside of her professional life. Sneha arrived to the US in the end of 2023.

Gisela, Patient Care Coordinator

Gisela is a patient care coordinator who joined the practice in 2026. She attended Lehman University and holds a degree in Science. She enjoys being part of a multifunctional practice that offers high quality dental care.

As a patient coordinator, Gisela focuses on keeping front office operations running smoothly by maintaining efficient systems. She promotes excellent customer service and encourages a positive workplace culture. Gisela helps support the continued success of the practice by drawing on her broad background and team-centered approach. She values creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient she interacts with.

Gisela is married and has two children. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the movies, traveling, reading and hiking.

Madeline, Dental Hygienist

Madeline De La Rosa is a compassionate dental hygienist with a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern International College in Jersey City. Born and raised in New York City, she combines strong work ethic and cultural awareness with experience in general and pediatric dentistry. She is dedicated to patient education, prevention and creating a comfortable experience for her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through skiing, exercise and spending time with loved ones reflecting her commitment to overall wellness.
